This is where most people quit...BUT I REFUSE TO BE MOST PEOPLE! It's the end of week 2, I've eaten PERFECTLY...and I mean to-a-tee. I've kicked BOOTY in my ‪#‎21DayFixExtreme‬ workouts...but this is what happens to my challengers, and I'm watching it happen to me!!!! THE SCALE BARELY BUDGED. ⠀⠀⠀ I lost 4 lbs the first week, but just 1 this week...and the MENTAL game that plays on you is HARD AS HECK! ⠀⠀⠀ But what the scale doesn't show is what I overcame this week! And for my ladies out there, you get was ‪#‎ThatTime‬, aka my lady times...and I didn't break. I actually didn't have ANY cravings which for me is HUGE!!!! Oh, and how fun is this....the pants that didn't fit me on our ‪#‎DateNight‬ last week, not only fit...but I was able to buckle my belt one loop smaller! What?! ⠀⠀⠀ I see people all the time get to week 2, and they see little change in their ‪#‎s‬so what do they do...THEY CHANGE IT UP. They get nervous, throw up their hands and say THIS ISN'T WORKING. But it is. It IS working, but you gotta stay focused and you gotta DO THE WORK. ⠀⠀⠀ So my STATS for week 2 are: - 1 pound - 2.75 inches ⠀⠀⠀ I would LOVE for you to share a Victory you've had this past week, nothing to do with numbers or inches, but something you are TRULY proud of...brag on yourself a bit, and if you've had the Week 2 Curse happen to you, and you stayed the course...tell us!
