I am smiling SO BIG this morning, because I can officially say that I'm DONE with WEEK 1 of the 21 Day Fix Extreme. There have been so many WINS, so many positive moments this week and each and every one of those WINS have added up to almost 4lbs being lost and 4 inches being GONE! 2 of those 4 inches are from my WAIST ALONE!

So if we are doing a #TransformationTuesday, I've gotta list out what led me to these here we go:


✔️ I crushed my 30 minutes workouts here at my house ✔️ I ate 100% on point following the Containers to a tee ✔️ I had 4-6 meals everyday, eating every 3 hours ✔️ Replaced a meal with Shakeology everyday ✔️ 30 min before every meal I drank 8-16 ounces of H20 ⠀⠀⠀ But more than that, I overcame: ⠀⠀⠀ PIZZA night at my house on Sunday...I had my grilled chicken and veggies while the aroma of Pizza filled my home. ⠀⠀⠀ RED VELVET CUPCAKES being left at my house OVERNIGHT...with Brent not being home. I'm a secret snacker, this is just a recipe for DISASTER. No one would have known if I would have eaten them but me. The old Alli would have DEVOURED them and pretended that it didn't happen...because no one else saw me, so #ItDidntHappen. But I stayed strong, and we donated them to some awesome peeps the next day. ⠀⠀⠀ DATE NIGHT without my wine. This was probably the hardest, you guys know me...I love my wine. But for 21 Days I'm having NO CHEATS & NO TREATS. I will bring back the balance and moderation after this is over, and you bet on DAY 22 I will be pouring me a glass to CELEBRATE...but for the next 14 days I'm giving this 100% focus! ⠀⠀⠀ What you have to remember is that all the tiny successes of the week ADD UP. Because I didn't have the pizza, because I didn't go face first into CUPCAKES and because I stayed strong on date night I was able to see RESULTS. I never felt deprived, I haven't been hungry not once during week one...all I've felt is a sense of PRIDE, knowing that I'm FREAKIN' DOING THIS! ⠀⠀⠀ Thank you for being the BEST accountability that a girl could EVER ask for...thank you for truly caring, and being my BIGGEST cheerleaders through this! You guys seriously are THE best, and I can't wait until our next Transformation Tuesday comes!
